Consistency, hard work and meeting every challenge set of him - that has been some of the key ingredients behind Max Aarons becoming the second youngest ever player to reach 150 appearances for Norwich City.

The right-back, who turned 22 earlier this month, reached the milestone during the Canaries' trip to West Ham United on Wednesday, overtaking Chris Llewellyn as the youngest player in the last 30 years to do so.

But every road to the top is a journey containing doubt, rejection and set-backs, that is no different for City's full-back.
