Norwich City are set to recruit under-18s coach Olly Lee from bitter rivals Ipswich Town.
The son of former England and West Ham midfielder Robert only joined the Tractor Boys in January, but he's closing in on a switch to the other side of the East Anglian derby already.
TWTD have claimed that his role is currently being covered partly by ex-City under-23s boss David Wright, who joined Ipswich in January 2023.
The Canaries' backroom setup has been in flux in recent weeks after the departures of Narcis Pelach and Paul Clements. Academy manager Joe Schulberg and goalkeeper coach Declan Rudd stepped up to the first team while replacements were found, before former AC Milan man Tony Roberts took over from Clements.
Arsenal under-18s boss Jack Wilshere is expected to take Pelach's first-team coach role, with the final details of his appointment being confirmed this week.
Lee will be the latest in a series of academy staff to make an East Anglian switch, after former Norwich head of academy coaching Dean Wright joined Town as academy chief in the summer of 2022.
