Norwich City Women have confirmed the exits of 10 first-team players ahead of their 2024-25 campaign.

Key players Alice Parker and Anna Larkins had already announced their departures, the former to pursue a career in refereeing and the latter retiring after 16 years with the Canaries.

Among the eight others moving on is Summer Ward, who came through the youth ranks at the club and will now take on a role as girls' development manager at the Community Sports Foundation.

Kathryn Stanley has decided to extend her stay in Canada and leave City after seven years, the highlight of which was a County Cup final hat-trick against Mulbarton Wanderers.

She's joined in leaving by Rachel Lawrence, who is moving to Manchester after completing her studies at the University of East Anglia. She'll be swapping City for Liverpool Feds, who play a tier higher in the Women's National League Premier Division North.

Mary Croft also departs after an injury-hit spell that included only 14 appearances, as does former Wymondham Town midfielder Rebecca Russell.

Jess Harper will also leave, along with 2023 summer signing Felicity Limage and ex-Wroxham defender Naomi Cooper.

City have already confirmed a slew of signings ahead of next season, as they looked to mount a promotion charge under new boss Andy Cook. They head to south-east London on Sunday, August 18 for their league opener against Dulwich Hamlet.
