Like what Knapper said about wanting to shift the style and player development at the club, which is why he sacked Wagner.

There is a clear plan in place now and everyone knows what direction we're pulling in, which should help to gain patience from us fans - I hope. #NCFC
t's finally nice to see and here that we've got a plan and a direction we want to go in which we've not had for 3 years, Pro active Football, Pathway for young players and big emphasis in player trading. Good to hear BK acknowledging we needed a change from Wagner and co. #NCFC https://t.co/M5qiqxsr4X

5 mins into watching the Thorup presser and filled with more confidence than after Wagner's and Smith's combined... #NCFC

@QuornRat (YouTube): This felt like a smart appointment, and now after hearing Johannes speak I’m even more confident he’ll be a success here. Bring on August!
@grumpygrandad1216 (YouTube): They both talk really well, I love what they are aiming for and come across as very professional. Johannes is a great fit to this club but we need to give the whole football club time and be a bit patient and things will, I feel definitely get better. The future is looking really bright for this club. I just hope they keep Sara Sainz and Nunez OTBC
@stevestibbons1789 (YouTube): A part of my job, is to develop players. He sounds a good fit for Norwich, I look forward to seeing your Statue in 20 years time, good luck Johannes
@twinnett1714 (YouTube): I think this is a massive gamble by Norwich, they have just wasted the last 3 years on the wrong manager since Farke went, can they afford to get it wrong again? I hope they have it right this time, on saying that, I do get a good vibe off of Thorup, looking forward to the start of the season
@VinnyJones (YouTube): As a Dane I´m so exited about this appointment. I have followed Norwich since the golden days in the 90´s with Ian Culverhouse, Ruel Fox, Mark Robins , Darren Eadie, Chris Sutton etc. Johannes is a good guy, very likeable too, and very skilful. Looking forward to August
@Skijumptoes (YouTube): Super impressed with him based on this presser. Seems very sharp and clear in his mind as to what he wants, how to achieve it. Reaching out to the likes of Frank for advice is no bad thing either, there's nothing worse than a stubborn coach who will not take onboard external opinions.
@Luke Travis (YouTube): After hearing Johannes talk it's understandable why Knapper was willing to wait to make his move at the end of the season. He was also clear that JHT's aligned to all the things that Wagner wasn't
@Bish (YouTube): Better vibe and answers than either Smith's or Wagner's introductions, and felt quite optimistic. Self-assured but not arrogant, also felt like Knapper and him are on the same page
@Jeffman98 (YouTube): Thorup's unveiling filled me with a lot more confidence than that of Wagner and Smith. Clear plan, clear identity, clear messaging. Can't wait for the season to start now.
@Dan Mayhew (YouTube): Saying the right things in terms of style of play and culture. My only concern is around transfers etc. Though I'm really happy with his thoughts on the youth and he will give them a chance.
@Tom Pauley: Saying all the right things. Proof will be over time. I'm excited though!
@ryanmarjoram7463 (YouTube): I like the mentality of the coach. The media like to hear that it will take a year or two to be ready to get promoted. Johannes is having none of it. We know it will take time to make changes to the style of play, but he wants to develop it from the start. This club is big enough to be in the premiership, just need to get Delia and the board, players, fans believing in the same thing now
