Bristol Rovers boss Matt Taylor wants a sold-out Memorial stadium to serve up ’90 minutes of hell’ for Norwich City in Wednesday’s FA Cup third round replay.
The League One club know the prize on offer is a fourth round glamour tie at Premier League title contenders Liverpool.
Rovers will be backed by a passionate home support, and Taylor is urging his side to deliver after a battling 1-1 draw at Carrow Road.
“I want to get to that stage where we've got more capacity in the stadium because when we have nights like this and in the league games we've been selling out,” he said. “When we sell out at Bristol Rovers there are probably a lot of people who want to come to the game who can't come to the game.
"Hopefully this is the start of what the club should look like, or we feel it can look like in the future, but they've also got to make themselves heard on Wednesday night. The moment that whistle starts, it's got to be 90 minutes of hell on our part.
“Every game (brings) pressure and we know what's to come if we're successful. One at a time. We have to respect the opposition.”
Taylor expects David Wagner to name a strong line up after making nine changes for the first tie.
“As much as people speak about that first game, we saw them (at Hull), they're a different team with all their bodies back so I'm sure they'll come strong,” he said, quoted by BristolLive.
"They've got a carrot at the end of it as we have because we're a lower league team doesn't mean it means any more in relation to that but we're at home and I'll be asking our fans to do everything they can to make it an uncomfortable evening for Norwich.
“Liverpool has barely been mentioned, bar the couple of hours the next day after the draw, because we concentrate on whatever's next.
“We'll still be under it, we have to understand that. They're still a Championship team going relatively well in their league but it's a game you want to play, a game you want to be involved in.
"It's a reward for the effort that we put in at Carrow Road last weekend which will hopefully show in terms of the performance and the place needs to be rocking.”
