Norwich City aim to keep hold of Jon Rowe amid reported Premier League interest in one of the Championship’s hottest prospects.
Rowe took his goal tally for the Canaries to 11 with a derby brace in the 2-2 league draw at Ipswich Town on Saturday.
The 20-year-old is also part of the England Under-21 set-up following a breakthrough season, after injury curtailed his early first team progress.
Now the Sun report on Monday City are 'braced for interest' in next month’s transfer period, after claiming they knocked back a £15m enquiry from Wolves in the closing days of the summer trading window.

Crystal Palace are also believed to be long-time admirers of Rowe, who is under contract at Carrow Road until 2025, with the club holding a further one year option.
City remain keen to tie Rowe down to a longer term deal that reflects his growing importance under David Wagner.
Both the German head coach and finance and operations director, Anthony Richens, reiterated recently the Canaries are not under pressure to sell either Rowe or the highly-rated Gabby Sara in January.
The Sun report predicts a number of top flight clubs, including resurgent Aston Villa, could test City's resolve in the New Year window to hang on to the highly-rated wide player.
Wagner labelled the 20-year-old a 'special' talent after his Portman Road brace.
"Two fantastic goals, I'm very pleased for him, for sure," he said. "Was it his best performance, in general? Probably not, but to score two goals in a derby, and the kind of goals which he scored, it proved again he is a threat and he can score different types of goals. And this makes him very special.
"We make everything to support him because he's quite young, and he has a lot of work and a lot of space where he can improve, and we try everything to support him as best as we can that he will improve to the player he can be."
