Gabby Sara and Jon Rowe can handle the transfer speculation around their futures for new Norwich City head coach Johannes Hoff Thorup.
Premier League clubs are tracking both after eyecatching Championship seasons, with Sara also heavily linked with Serie A outfit Roma already in the opening weeks of the summer window.
The brilliant Brazilian produced 25 goal contributions in 48 matches during City’s run to the play-offs, while only injury halted England Under-21 international Rowe’s progress.
The winger notched a brace in the opening 3-0 pre-season friendly win over Northampton, with Sara captaining the senior side in the first half at Sixfields.
“Gabby’s a fantastic player, but first of all, we have to talk about his professionalism, because every day when he comes in it is full focus on what he can do and what you have to do,” said the Dane. “Even though we started July 1 with testing, he was in the week before that, just to prepare and do even more.
"So he's definitely professional with a capital P. He's amazing in everything he does and that's also what we can see on the pitch whenever he performs - he has a full focus on what he can affect.
"All the other things outside the pitch with rumours and other clubs linked I think he will leave that to the side.
“If I remember rightly it was him with the assist for the second goal, putting the ball in for Johnny Rowe. I've been speaking to him and he's very clear in his mindset about what he will do here. His only focus is to make sure that he's in the best possible shape.
"We’ll leave transfer rumours and stuff like that for someone else. That's not for me, that's not for Gabby, we just continue improving and I think it was obvious in the game what he can offer.”
Rowe has previously been linked with Crystal Palace and Wolves after a breakout season that saw him shortlisted for the Football League's young player-of-the-year.
“Good guy, works hard and also with a smile on his face every day we meet. It seems like he's enjoying the progress in the team and the way that we want to do things,” said Thorup. “So also the same message with him, and he's also fully on board.
"We cannot really affect if there will be any other clubs interested or not, you never know. So just focus on what you can do.”
