Former Norwich City midfielder Adrian Forbes has become the first ever head coach of US side Texoma FC.
He'll simultaneously take up the role of sporting director for the brand new club, who will start life in the American third tier in the 2025 season.
Forbes came through the City academy to make 121 first-team appearances, returning to Colney as a coach in 2011. He joined Luton Town's setup and worked there in a number of roles until earlier this year, when he left Kenilworth Road in April.
Speaking to official club channels, he said: "It’s an incredible honour to be named the first ever head coach of Texoma FC.
"Being trusted as the club’s first sporting director was already a privilege, but to now be given the chance to lead the team in our inaugural USL League One season is truly special.
"Building a team from the ground up is a rare opportunity, and I’m excited to help create an environment that allows our players to thrive on and off the pitch."
