An impressive Norwich City side had chances to spare as they thrashed Hull 4-0 at Carrow Road.
Goals from Marcelino Nunez, Josh Sargent, Kaide Gordon and Borja Sainz ensured a majestic victory for the Canaries, who extended their unbeaten home run to 23 games and climbed into the Championship top six in the process.
The hosts made a rapid start to proceedings, finding space behind the Hull defence time and again. First Borja Sainz went through on goal and then Nunez, but neither was able to make the most.
The Chilean made up for it quickly, however, opening the scoring with a fine strike from distance in the 16th minute.
Shortly thereafter Sainz had completed his own redemption arc, finding a second assist of the afternoon when he rounded off a slick attack by squaring for Sargent's tap-in.
The American had the chance to finish things off in the second half, stepping up for a penalty after Nunez's volley was handled by Lewie Coyle. But he could only hit the base of the post, failing to add to his five goals this season.
Instead it was Liverpool loanee Gordon who sealed the three points, rolling into the corner after Charlie Hughes had failed to clear in the Hull box.
With the icing on the cake, Sainz decided he'd add a cherry. His week without a goal was becoming a drought by his early-season standards, but he saw to it with a fine lob of Tigers stopper Ivor Pandur.
Norwich will hope to retain the resulting momentum throughout next week's international break, with a trip to Stoke awaiting on the other side.
