Johannes Hoff Thorup has named an unchanged line-up for Norwich City's Championship meeting with Hull this afternoon.

The Canaries retain the same side that drew 1-1 with Leeds United in midweek, the Dane choosing continuity despite their three-game week.

New signing Emiliano Marcondes makes the bench after being signed as a free agent last night, and will hope to make his first competitive appearance in five months.

Onel Hernandez is absent after sustaining a hamstring injury in the recent Watford win, with the expected time frame for his return around 10 weeks according to Thorup.

Liam Gibbs is set for a similar lay-off after damaging his own hamstring in training, his latest blow after a quad injury kept him out of play-off contention last term.

Jacob Sorensen and Christian Fassnacht are both training individually after recovering from their respective problems, but won’t return to team training until after the international break.

Thorup has declined to place a timeframe on Ashley Barnes’ recovery from an Achilles injury, but has confirmed that he's back in a protective boot. The striker had surgery this summer, but it hasn’t yet had the desired effect. Tony Springett, meanwhile, will be out until Christmas with a back injury.

Former Canary Abu Kamara is on the Hull bench after his deadline-day move to the Tigers this summer.
