Ben Knapper was asked about the key Norwich City topics as he sat down for his first external interview in the role.
The sporting director, who replaced Stuart Webber in November, gave his views on David Wagner, the recent January transfer window and spoke about his plans for the future.
Each local media outlet was given 10 minutes with Knapper to ask questions. The interview took place at Colney, in the academy boardroom, on Wednesday morning.
Knapper joined City from Arsenal and was in charge of the Canaries' recent transfer window that saw them bring in Syndey van Hooijdonk on a loan to buy deal from Bologna whilst Adam Idah moved to Celtic until the end of the season.
Adam Forshaw and Przemyslaw Placheta departed the club - with seven players out of contract come the summer.
