Norwich City have completed a deal to sign young midfielder Adian Manning after his departure from Watford.
The 19-year-old features in the Canaries' matchday squad for their pre-season friendly against Barnet this evening, taking up a place on David Wagner's bench for the fixture.
He spent time on trial with Norwich at the back end of last season, featuring in a match for the under-21s against Southampton at Carrow Road.
Manning has been with the Hornets for the entirety of his career until now, progressing through their academy before becoming a part of their under-21 group.
He's made four FA Youth Cup appearances for Watford, scoring once, and played twice for the Norfolk club last season.
Watford's under-21s compete in the Professional Development League 2, a lower level than the Premier League 2 in which his new club feature.
It's understood that he'll stay with Alan Neilson's development group initially, with a formal announcement expected of his arrival in short order.
