Norwich City and Galatasaray are trying to thrash out the terms of a 7million Euros transfer fee that would see the Kosovan join the Turkish giants permanently.
According to reports in Turkey, the Canaries want the fee paid up front whilst Galatasaray prefer for the same amount to be paid in instalments and according to performance targets.
Rashica impressed in helping Galatasaray to the Super Lig title last season during his season-long loan spell in Istanbul. The winger, who struggled to settle at Carrow Road in the Premier League after moving from Werder Bremen, scored six times in 30 appearances with the Istanbul side.

Fenerbahce are also reportedly interested in Rashica, who still has two years to run on his contract with the Canaries.
Galatasaray are desperate to keep Rashica along with Mauro Icardi, who is reportedly attracting interest from Juventus and Saudi Arabian clubs after he also impressed on a season-long loan from PSG.
Galatasaray coach Okay Buruk wants to assemble his squad for the 2023/24 campaign as soon as possible.
He said: “We want to add loan players such as Icardi and Rashica to the squad again. They are our first goals. European matches start very early. We need to be there with a good squad. We need to train the transfers there quickly. One of the biggest problems is that the pre-qualifiers are played before a squad is formed. We don't want to experience this. We have to start with the most ready squad so that we can pass the qualifying rounds.”
