Norwich City sporting director Stuart Webber conducted a round of media interviews reflecting on the Canaries' dismal 2022-23 season and looking ahead to next term.
Webber discussed a wide selection of topics ranging from transfer plans to the abuse he's faced, talking to the Pink Un for just under an hour to answer all the key questions surrounding the club.

I didn’t think it was a bad interview. Webber was entirely his usual self. I’m a little disappointed there wasn’t more of a vision regarding the future or some kind of learning from recent failures we could agree with. Not sure it will get anyone back on side. #NCFC

I have admittedly fluctuated between wanting Webber to stay and go. But I like what I hear in his interview and agree with many points...I think the way he has been silent this year is one of his biggest mistakes but I think he will work as hard to rebuild club this summer#NCFC

He just needs to walk. It would be better for everyone. #ncfc

Just finished the Pink 'un interview.

Overall, ok.
Would've liked a bit more reflection perhaps (although probably only to confirm my bias, if we're being honest).
Some quotes will not go down well, but overall he's right. Back the team and enjoy the ride #ncfc
Enjoyed the SW interview on @BBCNorfolk - he comes across as a well-balanced leader.

There’s a lot of emotion involved in football, however once that’s moved aside, a calm head is required.
Hope he recruits well this summer & #ncfc’s reboot is evident from the first game…
Personally, Webber interview was pretty good. Candid, has a plan with players. Yes he’s spiky at times but let’s not get get too soft and quote every word we feel is insensitive. I’m up for the season ahead. Time to unite IMO #ncfc

I listened to the whole of the webber interview with Pinkun and the only good thing he said is that he isn't going to be here much longer. He took zero responsibility for the poor signings and basically said it wasn't a poor season historically for NCFC, which is rubbish #ncfc

No problem with anything Webber said in the Radnor hour. Said everything exactly as I see it, looking forward now to summer #ncfc

I’m 10 minutes in and it’s so painful. Some of the things he is coming out with and calling the fans 🫣

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot… #ncfc
He’s come out swinging punches… I’ll give him that.#ncfc

I went into this very open to hear what he has to say...

10 minutes in and I'm already wound up.
Defensive, deflecting blame, blaming local media for headlines, had a pop at the fans about atmosphere 'we'll never be a Hillsborough'
Rest of this better improve #ncfc https://t.co/oiHf6UJuNA
People getting very wound up by this interview but I think SW has been very honest in his answers here.

Do we want a billionaire owner that would allow us to go silly with transfers, sure, but the foundations are being built by Webber & Co. #ncfc https://t.co/GslCfxzHjV
We only live in the ‘now’; it’s pretty pointless to dwell in the past. Thought SW came over extremely well on @BBCNorfolk & I’m looking forward to a disposal & recruitment-fest at #ncfc this summer.

The club is way overdue for a refresh - exciting times ahead…
