Norwich City are three points behind sixth place in the Championship with eiight games remaining. We asked fans how they were feeling about the chances of getting into the play-offs... here are some of the replies
The biggest problem would be actually getting in the play-offs and getting promoted. Next season in the Premier League would be the most embarrassing yet! @bmoore870
Highly unlikely @beatlenut909
Financially we need to go up but as we all know would be nice to be competitive when we are there which IMO we haven’t been the last two seasons we have been there @MartinLawVans
Ok , I remember 2002 we dropped off in March after losing to Brum at home, went 8 points off but I was sure we would still do it. That year the crunch game with 6 to go was Bradford away. This year it will be Blackburn away. Win at home to Sheff Utd and Blackburn away and yes @canarynorwich
I don't think we'd win the playoffs anyway, 3 good performances in a row seems unlikely at this rate @Port4Premiers
Based on current form, and to be polite, it's looking unlikely @IamOrtonomous
No chance. Bang average players who have not performed consistently all season, because they can’t. And they’re not suddenly going to start @martinT1902
Sincerely hope not. We’re nowhere near ready. I assume you have been watching us. Bang average side. Unfortunately it’s going to take a lot of work in the summer big clear out required @AndrewGoldson1
I’d love us to gain some competitive energy and cut out the unforced errors and make a decent closing run. Having said that, we’re nowhere good enough for promotion @BruceWallis23
Couldn't really care as I don't think we'll get through the play-offs, nor do I trust certain elements with this club currently to survive and thrive in the EPL @chrisdwool
They have no chance with the next three games coming up @EddieIvens
Can’t see it happening with our remaining fixtures @NCFCJake
Not going to happen with our remaining fixtures @Tom_ncfc1902
Let the team play with freedom and see what happens, play to our strengths and don’t worry about the opposition. Who knows what could happen @sidncfc_
Highly unlikely @May70Phil
If we do not at least believe we have a small chance then how can we expect the players to think anything differently? @debra_tough
Just go for it @ScottJGeorge
Too inconsistent form @Gerb1976Ling
@Camerondownes9 50/50.
It’s just not clicked this year. Genuinely thought we would win Sunderland at home and then we got that performance. If by some fluke we went on a run and somehow got back up, does anyone fancy this squad in the Premier League? Rebuild, use the hungry ones. The errors at the back have been our downfall, we have been our own worst enemy Hamish Jolly
I think we'll finish either 7th or 8th Jonathan Parker
What is the point in undeservedly going up and seeing the team smashed every week next season? We need a big rebuild so hopefully that starts at the end of this season. Then build a new young team to challenge next season Andy Bullen
Looking at the prospect of Southampton, Bournemouth and West Ham coming down would make for a competitive Championship next season. I think that it would definitely not be a disaster to stay here one more season and regroup and reorganise, clearing out, and introducing young talent we seem to produce, but not develop. Players seem to thrive elsewhere but not here? Adrian Bailey
Honestly don't think we should bother going back up, we'll get torn a new one again. Until we have the financial back-up to even think about surviving, we'll continue to be an embarrassment in the PL Billy Craddock
No way are we ready for it. If we do somehow get promoted it’s going to end in tears yet again! Complete clear out needed in the summer. Including half the board of directors Andy Menin
No chance, we have three top teams to play and on current form we’re not going to gain any points there. We need to be re-building for next season. Unfortunately several players that we could give game time to are out on loan, hopeless Terry Jones
Don't think we will make it and if we do this team is nowhere good enough for Premier Ivan Easter
Not strong enough for the play-offs. In no way equipped for the Premier if we did go up Nick Smith
Not good enough are we to go up and not disgrace ourselves by getting trounced every week Brian Jacobs
Our play-off ambitions will be extinguished in the next two games Tim Cole
Surely we can't start yet another season with this defence. Have been saying that for the last four years Robert Bloomfield
Wouldn't want the embarrassment of either getting mullered in the play-offs or knowing we'd get slaughtered every week if we did go up. In fact it’s all pretty futile really Philip Bray
Based on our last three performances we'd do well to finish in the top half Andy Rush
Would rather we didn’t to be honest. Get these 8 games out of the way and start the squad overhaul. Releasing Hanley being the first James Youngman
