Norwich City goalkeeper Angus Gunn is set to switch allegiances and join up with the Scotland squad, according to reports.
The Tartan Army will take on Cyprus and Spain in crucial Euro 2024 qualifiers in the next international break, which takes place following the Canaries' March 18 meeting with Stoke City.
The Scottish Sun have claimed that Gunn will be part of the squad to do so, after number one Craig Gordon suffered a double-leg break playing for Hearts in December.
The Norwich stopper has previously turned down advances from the Scottish FA after appearing at under-21 level for England, but is set to be included when Steve Clarke's squad is announced on Tuesday.
Angus' father Bryan, who holds legendary status at Carrow Road, earned six Scotland caps during his career, and spoke to former Scotland chief Alex McLeish about his son's international future.
McLeish failed twice to secure Norfolk-born Gunn's services, but Clarke has, according to the report, been successful in convincing him to play for Scotland.
Gordon's Hearts understudy Zander Clark is also expected to be called up, as well as Motherwell's Liam Kelly.
Gunn has impressed for Norwich this season, earning four clean sheets and establishing himself as first-choice under both Dean Smith and David Wagner.
He's made 21 appearances this term, having progressed through the Colney academy before joining Manchester City in 2011.
