David Wagner previewed Norwich City’s Championship home game against Sunderland on Sunday - and we had all the key lines first direct from Colney.
Wagner's side will look to follow up an impressive comeback win at Millwall when they face the Black Cats in a high noon duel at Carrow Road.
Josh Sargent is fit and available for this weekend after being pictured earlier this week working with a fitness coach on the grass.
The US international has not featured since an ankle injury suffered at Wigan.
Wagner indicated no fresh injury or fitness issues around those who featured at the Den.
Gabby Sara missed two days of training with illness earlier this week but is back in the training mix.
Joe Rowe (ankle) started and scored for the development side last week at Colney in a 2-2 Premier League Two draw against Middlesbrough. Rowe is scheduled for another run out early next week.
The wide player has not featured at first team level this season.
Przemyslaw Placheta (shin) is back in light training but Wagner had previously indicated he did not expect either to be involved until mid-March.
Sam Byram (hamstring) is another longer term absentee, but Wagner was reluctant to put a timeline on the defender when he spoke at his pre-Millwall press call.
Newcastle loanee Isaac Hayden underwent further knee surgery at the start of this year. City had no option to terminate the loan in January but Wagner was hopeful the midfielder can return for the 'closing weeks of the season'.
Hayden was included in the club's updated Championship squad list following the close of the January transfer window.
Wagner confirmed on Friday afternoon the experienced midfielder is at Colney doing his rehab.
City confirmed the mutually agreed departure of set piece coach Allan Russell first thing on Friday in a brief statement indicating the Scot can now pursue 'alternative opportunities'.
