Stunning goals, a vibrant atmosphere and moving one step closer to the Championship play-off picture - it was a night to remember at Carrow Road as Norwich City beat Birmingham 3-1.
Marcelino Nunez' brace - including a stunning volley from range - helped Norwich record their second consecutive home win, with Christos Tzolis adding polish in added time to score his first goal since August 2021.
Really good first half, disappointing second half. But some excellent goals and an important and deserved 3 points for #ncfc

Fair play to Idah tonight. Ran his socks off for the team #ncfc

Max Aarons (23 years, 47 days) is the youngest ever player to play 200 games for Norwich City, beating a record set by Dale Gordon (23 years, 270 days) in 1990 #ncfc 💚💛⭐️

Absolutely buzzing that Tzolis bagged tonight. So poorly managed previously (including Farke in that), such an exciting young player. Nunez and Sara looking 🔥🔥. Understand it’s going to be inconsistent at present, but absolutely buying into what Wagners upto #ncfc

Another enjoyable - for the most part - night at Carrow Road.

Made up for Nunez and Tzolis. Both needed an injection of confidence and their fantastic goals should be that. #NCFC
Bit of a crummy second half but overall well deserved. Stoked for Tzolis - hope that goal gives him some confidence, and Núñez’ thunderbastard the highlight #ncfc #canarycall

Another good home win. Happy for Nunez and Tzolis. Hopefully that bit of confidence they both need. #ncfc

So happy for him! Happy to get 3 points but I was nervous the whole 2nd half 💛💚 @NorwichCityFC #ncfc #otbc pic.twitter.com/uT91OmqG6N

Good performance overall that albeit against a very limited opponent. But these are the teams we need to beat and doing that will get us around the top six.

Enjoyed some of Idah's hold up play tonight. And a lovely finish from Tzolis.
Oh and Howson's was better! #ncfc
Norwich are now one point behind Millwall and Luton in 5th and 6th respectively and will be hoping to close the gap further when struggling Cardiff arrive at Carrow Road on Saturday.
Every win under David Wagner has seen City score three goals or more - with them winning four of his opening seven matches in charge.
The German isn't letting himself get too carried away by the impressive performance, instead calling for more as they approach the final game of a big week in NR1 this weekend.

It's nice to see they've finally upped performances at Carrow Road. Hope this little home run carries on, If it does then there is no doubt in my mind that the atmosphere will keep increasing along with it #ncfc

If we score, we never score less than three under Wagner.

Jubilant journey back to London - fuelled by a healthy dose of 🇨🇱🇬🇷 magic. Another brilliant night under the Carrow Road lights - if Wagner can engineer any form of consistency from this team, the play-offs firmly in sight… OTBC pic.twitter.com/HPQzk4cDzb

Good first half, wasn't happy with what unfolded in the second half. A brilliant night for Marcelino Núñez - MOTM. Idah deserved a goal, but couldn't quite get it. Sara good again at times. McLean decent. Aarons marked his 200th appearance with a typical classy display. #ncfc

Idah needs to work on how to time his runs but on the whole I thought he had a good game. Some really impressive hold-up play tonight. Can see him and Sargent complementing eachother well if given a run of games together #ncfc

Núñez magic, Tzolis curlers, McLean running the show, Idah spirited, Aarons double centurion. Onwards. pic.twitter.com/AmwFgIBXKg
