Last time we took a trip to the north Norfolk coast in the 1970s to relive many happy memories by the seaside.

And today we are heading around the county's coast to Caister-on-Sea and turning back the clocks to the 1960s.

We see the golf club and the castle.

Some children make their way to school, unphased by the mud and puddles.

We meet contestants from the Miss Caister competition of 1966 and some punters in the Centurion.

There are aerial views of the Caister airfield and Yarmouth Stadium, when the surrounding fields had yet to be developed or built on as we know them today.
