Norwich City begin life after Dean Smith tonight as they welcome Reading to Carrow Road - with interim bosses Allan Russell and Steve Weaver taking charge of the Canaries.
Smith was relieved of his duties on Tuesday following City's 2-1 Boxing Day defeat to Luton at Kenilworth Road, with the search for his successor ongoing.

Set-piece coach Russell and head of football development Weaver will oversee the next two matches, starting tonight against Reading and then versus Watford on Monday with Smith's successor expected to take charge thereafter.
In his pre-match press conference on Friday, Russell promised an attacking brand of football that included 'less build up and more running in behind' in a bid to entertain supporters after the increasingly fractured relationship between those in the stands and on the pitch.
Norwich come into this game sitting in 10th position following wins for West Brom, Luton, Middlesbrough and Sunderland on Thursday night. They would jump up to fourth with a victory tonight.
City will be without creative midfielder Aaron Ramsey who appears to have had surgery on his knee after suffering an injury during the club's visit to Tampa Bay during the recent World Cup break.
Sam McCallum, who missed Monday's game through illness, is expected to return. Todd Cantwell has also rejoined training following a groin injury.
Paul Ince's side arrive at Carrow Road hoping to record three important points that would see them leapfrog City and return to the play-off mix themselves.
The Royals have won three of their last four matches - most recently beating Russell Martin's Swansea City 2-1 on Tuesday.
Only Blackburn, Sheffield United and Burnley have won more matches than Reading this season, who have defied many pre-season predictions of relegation to keep themselves in the fight for the top six.
Reading's last win in Norfolk arrived in November 2014, when Jake Cooper's brace saw them come from behind to beat Neil Adams' Canaries.
The sides met at the Madejski Stadium in October, when Grant Hanley's opener was cancelled out by Jeff Hendrick's equaliser.
