You will be able to choose the subscription package you prefer, pay online and be signed in with your active subscription quickly and easily.
What is included with my subscription?
Your digital subscription gives you access to the following great features.

What devices can I access my subscription on?
Our mobile friendly web reader will work on the majority of computers, laptops, tablets and smartphone devices allowing you to read on almost any device. We also offer dedicated mobile apps which are designed to work on most current Apple and Android phone and tablet devices.
How do I access past editions?
When reading within the app, you will see all available issues on the main Paper screen and can read any issue you choose by simply tapping the cover.
When using the web reader, you can view the past issues available by clicking/tapping the Archive button found in the top navigation bar. This will open up the Archive window where you can choose the edition you’d like to read.
How do I download an edition?
When reading within the app you can download an issue by tapping the download button displayed below the issue you wish to download.
When using the web reader, click/tap the Download button in the top navigation bar and select the page/s you wish to download (use the select All button if you wish to download the full edition). The click/tap the Download button which will start the download process. Once complete a new window will load with your finished file. Right click over the link and choose Save As to download this to your device.
What do I do if I experience problems using the app?
- Exit the app by pressing the Home button on your device.
- Open the app switcher to view the list of running apps on your device.
- Locate the app and swipe to close.
- Return to the home screen and open the app again.
If you are still having issues, please try deleting and reinstalling the app.
If this does not remedy the problem, please contact us with details of the issue you are experiencing.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can contact us via the Get in touch button at the top of this page.
When your subscription is cancelled, the payment collections will cease before the next payment date. Your entitlements and subscriber benefits will remain active until that date.
There are no refunds for unused parts of your subscription.
